Archery is a sport that requires you to stand still while shooting and the rain and cold in winter can be very bitter, the cold used to seep into my back muscles and seize me up. Not now I have a warm and safe T-Shirt. With out the warmth on my back the muscles during winter get cold and start to seize up and ruin my ability to shoot good arrows in my chosen sport.
