The whole heated sock set up has been brilliant at preventing frostbitten toes when skiing in major subzero temperatures. the battery pack will last for 4-6 hours constant use [depending upon heat setting] which is fine for a day on the downhill. my first wiring harness decided to break after about 20 uses but the company replaced it so I am happy again.
basically a brilliant product for my needs-no more frost bite,no more black toetips ,no more nails dropping off. No more pain of returning circulation. Brilliant
